Gonzalinho da Costa is the pen name of Joseph I. B. Gonzales. His poetry has appeared in New Asian Writing, Boston Poetry Magazine, The Furious Gazelle, Eastlit, and IthacaLit. More information about his poetry can be found online at poetryofgonzalinhodacosta.blogspot.com.
Joseph I. B. Gonzales earned a master’s degree in statistics from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City, and a doctorate in communication and rhetoric from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is the managing director at Technikos Consulting, Inc., and a lecturer at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He is also the author of Culture, Corruption, and the Prospects for Change: A Statistical Study (Ateneo Graduate School of Business 2010) and the editor, with Jonathan Chua, of Blue Way: The Ateneo Graduate School of Business Casebook on Leadership, Strategy, and Ethics (Anvil Publishing 2007). He lives in the City of San Juan, Philippines.
